Rochester, Snipatuit Pond Estates: Vacation at Home

This post-and-beam, contemporary home with approximately 5000 square feet of living area was built in 1992 on one of only three, estate, waterfront lots in Snipatuit Pond Estates. As you enter the circular driveway, one notices the beautiful, professional landscaping and peeks of the water, beyond. This home has character built-in with every detail. The front stairs are granite and the front door has side-lights. The entrance foyer has cathedral ceilings at least 22 feet high, with exposed oak beams. This room has its own staircase directly to the back hall, off the kitchen. The main house has a private way of using the exercise and office rooms without ever bothering the in-law resident.
